From luxurious mansions to beautiful and fancy resorts, if you are looking for a new home in Spain and have no money issues, you can find extremely amazing property here. Spain has beautiful mountains, countless glistening beaches and inspiring landscapes. 

Here is a list of some of Spain’s most beautiful places where you can buy luxurious property. 

Seville 

Seville is the capital of southern Spain’s Andalusia region. This place is famous worldwide for its traditions, cultural monuments, artistic heritage, and so much more.   

An average price of a property in Seville is 2,400 EUR per square metre in the centre of the city. You can pick up apartments here for an average price of 300,o00 EUR.

Marbella 

Marbella is a city in southern Spain area and has one of the best-known resorts on the Costa del Sol. The beaches, clubs and luxury villas in Marbella are famous all around the world, so this place is great to work, live and to enjoy holidays. 

The price of a property in the centre of the city is 3,510 EUR per square metre, while outside the centre, the price is 2,760 EUR per square metre. You can find luxurious 3-bedroom apartments here for around 578,000 EUR. 

Chamberi, Madrid 

Coming in third on our list is Chamberi, which is a residential neighborhood in Madrid with various cultural attractions and amazing landmarks. 

This place is home to endless restaurants, has traditional tapas bars and offers a very comfortable and quieter residential environment. Property here is available for 3,518 EUR per square metre. You can get a 179m2 flat in Chamberi for around 762,oo0 EUR. 

Sarria-Sant Gervasi, Barcelona 

Coming in at number 2 on our list is Barcelona, which is the cosmopolitan capital and the largest city of Spain’s Catalonia region. This place is famous for arts and culture, so has become a popular tourist destination in Spain. Barcelona is located between mountains and the sea and holds the reputation of being the most modern and avant-grade city in Spain. 

Saurian-Saint Gervasi is the largest area and the most expensive place in Barcelona. This place is not in the central zone but a beautiful village on the outskirts. Property here can be bought for on average 3,533 EUR per square metre. You can get an apartment at an average price of 1,131,000 EUR.

Salamanca, Madrid 

Madrid is the capital city of Spain. It is a city of elegant boulevards and expensive manicured parks and one of Europe’s most amazing cities, with so much one can do here. There are many numerous popular museums in the city; the Prado museum is world-famous. It is a great place for foodies, the quality and variety of cuisines in the city rank amongst the world’s best. 

Luxury real estate in Madrid is divided into many prime locations. This elegant city offers many luxurious properties in many areas.  A study by real estate has shown that Salamanca is the most expensive place to buy property in Spain as property here has reached up to 3,756 EUR per square metre. 

If money is no object, you can get a luxurious villa in Salamanca for 10,900,000 EUR, while 5-bedroom apartments can be bought on an average of 2,500,000 EUR.
